Firefox Throttle e IE Throttle son dos plugins para Firefox e Internet Explorer, respectivamente, que nos permitirán entre otras cosas gestionar la velocidad a la que trabaja el navegador.
Pero no sólo podemos modificar la velocidad a la que sube y baja la información, sino que podemos excluir IPs y webs concretas las cuales no queramos que sean controladas, para así poder trabajar con ellas al máximo de nuestra conexión. Cosa bastante útil para webs o intranets de nuestros trabajos, por ejemplo.
Incorpora, también, un pequeño chivato en la barra de estado (al menos en Firefox) que nos dice a que velocidad de subida y de bajada está trabajando el navegador.
