Description

Popurls, the mother of news aggregators, is now available as a fully-functioning native browser app.

Building on more than a decade of news aggregation experience, Popurls News Browser now brings you the web's most visited news sites and portals in near-realtime, with headlines and a fully-functioning browser.

Invented in 2005 by Thomas Marban, Popurls created the single-page aggregator trend and was included as number five in Time Magazine's list of the top 50 websites of 2009. Popurls News Browser builds on this experience, giving you a quick glance at what’s happening on the web using a clean, easy-to-navigate interface and new image-enhanced autosuggest web search.

Features:
1. Easy access to Popurls content
2. Image enhanced auto-suggest web search
3. Fully native no-frills mobile web browser
4. Built-in multiple tab functionality
5. Optimized for iOS 9 on iPhones 6S & 6S+
6. Small app size for quick download over cellular connection

Enjoy your news browsing experience and be sure to try out the search.

Please fix the bugs

I love POPURLS website, and I might never have known about it without stumbling on this app. But the app is buggy. Lots of links don't open, or they start to open and load forever. And there's one section called Fark with links that haven't changed months. Returning from an opened link to the main app put you back at the top of the list, instead of where you left off, which is very annoying when you have scrolled two thirds of the way down already. It would be really great if somebody could work on all these problems and get them ironed out.

Only wish I could give negative stars

I love the Popurls website but the app is nothing but a gateway to apps, pointless apps, games etc. every time I try to read an article it directs me to download a game or to the Ashley Madison app or another pointless app. Uninstalling in 3...2..1. Poof
